We believe a balanced vegetarian diet low in fat and sugar is an optimal nutritional plan for wellness. Eating with awareness, gratitude, and respect is an important connection for the body and soul. Planning and preparing nutritious meals can be fun and allows an opportunity to include family and friends to be part of the experience.

 Why vegetarian meals?

Our centre supports and encourages a balanced vegetarian diet as an optimal nutritional plan for the wellness program. Scientific research and evidence does support that a vegetarian diet reduces your risks for cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Delicious healthy meals and honoring your appetite further nourishes your body and soul. With creating awareness of the environment, ethically it makes sense to reduce intake of animal products. Our chefs will prepare delicious appetizing meals from wholesome ingredients for your experience and these simple recipes can be incorporated in your daily routine. The centre has designed exciting sessions co-facilitated by a group therapist and our chef that support a healthy relationship with food and promote an appreciation of the role food and eating may play in wellness. Clients are expected to leave the centre with an increased ability to prepare healthy exciting meals for themselves and others.
