Dynamic, interesting, and useful educational sessions are held almost every afternoon. Our therapists work hard to present engaging material critical for wellness. The topics of these sessions generally run on a six week rotation and focus on such things as relapse prevention, resilience, building a healthy social network, stress management, communication skills, stages of change, nutrition, continuing care, etc.
